The World Champions will face the Super Eagles of Nigeria and the Elephants of Cote d’Ivoire in the friendlies set to take place in China.

Jerrymusa.com reports, the three-time world champions were thinking about taking on China and Ghana during the first international break of the year.

The South Americans, however, declared in a formal statement that they would indeed play the Super Eagles and the Elephants.

On March 18, they take on Nigeria; on March 26, they play Ivory Coast.

Ghana Did Not Prove to be a Worthy Opposition

“Ghana hasn’t shown itself to be a formidable foe because they haven’t demonstrated a certain degree of competitiveness lately.”

“They have already lost their past three major competitions, all at the group stage, including the current 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.”

“They have suffered terrible losses in important friendlies against Brazil, Mexico, and the United States in between.”

Argentina will meet Nigeria at the Olympic Sports Center stadium in Hangzhou as part of their tour of China.
