Arsenal steals a late equalize to draw 2-2

On Saturday night at Stamford Bridge, an error by Robert Sanchez enabled Arsenal steals an incredible late comeback and secure a draw.

After Cole Palmer gave Chelsea the lead from the penalty spot in the fifteenth minute, William Saliba was called for a handball after the video assistant referee intervened, and Chelsea scored within the next fifteen minutes.

According to jerrymusa.com When Mykhailo Mudryk’s speculative shot from wide caught Arsenal keeper David Raya alone and out of position three minutes after the break, Mauricio Pochettino’s team appeared to be out of the picture after going two goals up.

Until Declan Rice gave Arsenal a lifeline with 13 minutes left, they were careless and unable to muster any offence. Rice redirected Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sanchez’s weak clearance past him and into the net.

Amazingly, they tied the score seven minutes later when Leandro Trossard, a replacement, made a pivotal first contribution by sneaking in at the far post to score after Chelsea dragged their feet in handling Bukayo Saka’s cross.
