Mohbad’s case continued as a Magistrate Court sitting in the Yaba region of Lagos State remanded Azeez Fashola, alias Naira Marley, and a Lagos socialite, Balogun Eletu, alias Sam Larry, to the custody of the police.
According to jerrymusa.com the Lagos State Police Command asked for Fashola and the others to be held in custody for a period of thirty days so that they could finish their investigation.
On the other hand, Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun decided that Fashola and the others should only be remanded for a period of twenty-one days.
