Premier League, Liverpool wins against Wolves

Premier League match At the Molineux Stadium on Saturday afternoon, Liverpool triumphed over Wolves 3-1 despite a lacklustre performance in the first half of the match. After some impressive work on the wing by Pedro Neto, the home team took the lead when Hwang Hee-chan finished a pass from Pedro Neto with a shot that went in at the far post. The goal was well deserved.

Liverpool Spectacular Comeback


After the halftime break, the Reds made significant strides forward and evened the score when Cody Gakpo converted Mohamed Salah’s whizzing cross-shot. Then, on Andy Robertson’s 200th appearance in the Premier League, the Reds took the lead for the first time in 85 minutes, and replacement Harvey Elliott’s effort deflected off Hugo Bueno for an own goal to seal the victory in stoppage time.

Robertson’s goal was a celebration of Robertson’s milestone. After this victory, Jurgen Klopp’s team is now in second place in the Premier League, two points behind Manchester City in first place.
